Winning Trinidad large band champion arranger Carlton “Zanda” Alexander brought the popular tune "Inventor" by Olatunji to the forefront with his D'Radoes Steel Orchestra musical collaboration. Zanda a master at orchestration, with his unique brand of voicing across the family of steelpan instruments was riveting.
Basement Recordings was able to capture D'Radoes August 29th as they prepared in their Brooklyn panyard before going on stage Panorama night, Saturday August 31.
