Pesada beach - Kefalonia

Pesada is a small village in the south of Kefalonia, a few km from Lourdata and Trapezaki, and very close to Avithos beach. Pesada has a small port, from where the ferry ride to Zakynthos Island departs.
If you reach the port and look to the right, on the shore you will see Pesada 1 beach and you will understand how to get there. You actually turn around and take the first one on the left. That street is clogged and you will hardly find a parking space in season. After 100m you will find a small square full of cars and from it, are made concrete stairs to the beach. Down there, is Pesada 1, a small, sandy beach with extremely clear and warm water, but she is not the star. You can walk, on the rocks another 300m to the first corner. The road is a bit difficult, due to the rocks and you can see fossilized mollusks caught in the rocks on the ground.
Pesada 2 is an incredible surprise, it is a small beach, like a 50sqm , with extra fine sand and easy entry into the water. The water is clear, blue and in the water you will find many fish and abundant marine vegetation. Marine life is special and worth seeing with a proper mask.
