Ladies and gentlemen, they're back. Saw them live a couple of years back at western springs stadium in Auckland and had my mind completely blown. Definitely a childhood favourite and Slash is actually the reason I picked up a guitar. Feels good to finally have some Guns N' Roses on my channel. Hope you enjoy my cover!
I used an Eventide H9 to try and do the two guitar parts with one guitar using the harmonizer, it worked allgood, but unfortunately when switching between sounds with midi there's a pretty considerable lag time. In the future I'll probably use expression pedals to try and get the most out of each patch and just stomp the pedals on and off as I use them so the guitar doesn't cut out.
The song was only uploaded less than a week ago, so hopefully I get points for getting this cover up reasonably quickly.
