This video is the first of my healing diaries series. As creatives we often feel over worked and under appreciated. There is this constant pull between doing what we love and doing what we have to do to pay the bills. In this series I'm sharing my honest journey and struggles around feeling behind in my career in my early 30's, the fear of other people seeing me fail and the pressure of meeting expectations of my family. Perfectionism has been robbing me of my peace and contentment in life and I'm determined to get out of this cycle and I'll be sharing everything that is and is not working to break free!!

A little bit about me 🤗 I'm Morgan Simone I am fairly new to the DIY scene. I am a self taught furniture maker and creator and I have been sharing everything I have been dreaming up here on YouTube! I grew up surrounded by the arts- everything from painting & drawing, screen printing, & pottery to fashion design, graphic design and photography. As I go on this healing journey I am so excited to get back to the fearless imagination of my childhood and create without judgement!
