Make & Freeze Flatbread

We are working on getting a supply of different bread types into our freezer to have on hand at all times. Flatbread is the last one on our list. It is so versatile. I make the dough and roll them out, Jim cooks them on the griddle, and then we show one of the ways we use them for a delicious and easy meal.

Recipe:
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast (1 packet)
1 1/3 cups water or more as needed.
Mix dough until it comes together iin a ball. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes, then knead until the dough is smooth and elastic, 5-10 minutes. Divide into desired number of balls and roll out thin. Cook on a medium hot griddle until both sides are brown and bubbly.
