How To Make a REAL RIDDIM / TRENCH DROP (Riddim Sound Design Tutorial & Drop Breakdown)

Yo what's up, in this video, we'll move away from the usual tearout videos and look at some actual RIDDIM (or trench now I guess).

We're going to cover how to sound design the typical riddim basses using Malstrom from the Reason Rack Plugin, but keep in mind that all the techniques from this video can be applied to any other synths. I will try making another video in the near future where that time, I'll be using Vital.

Today, I will cover how to sound design the initial bass patch, and how to improve it using the different effects and post processing method, as well as how to give the sound variation easily.

Finally, I'll be showing you how to create the simplest sub bass to add to the drop and we'll wrap things up there.
