№1 Is this unisex?
All of my subs are usually unisex, gender neutral, lgbtq+ and poc friendly unless stated differently in the pinned comment or description. I try to make my subs as inclusive as possible because I want my channel to be a safe place regardless of someone’s sexual- or gender identity, skin color or religion.

№2 How many times should I listen?
It doesn’t matter how many times you listen to it. Saying „you have to listen at least x amount of times“ is limiting beliefs. Listen how many times you want and feel comfortable. As long as you feel like you’re doing the right thing it’s okay to even only listen once.

№3 can i listen without/with one earbud?
yes, you don’t need any headphones to get results. Your mind picks up the affs even when listen without headphones

№4 when will i see results?
this depends on you and your mindset. If you believe you’ll get results in a day, you’ll get results in a day and if you think you will only get results after a month of listening, you will actually only get them after a month. Your mind is powerful. Never forget that
