2 kg pork,shallot 100g,onion 1,green chilly 8,ginger 30 g,curry leaves,salt,vinegar 2 table spoon,2table spoon chilly powder,2 table spoon turmeric Powder ; mix it weii nd cook.then add 3/4 kg Green Plantains, Then add Roasted Masala -----FOR masala;1/2 grated coconut,red chilly6,coriander 2 table spoon,cinnamon 2.cadamom 4, masala powder 2 table spoon, bay leaf.then bay leaf roast it .garlic 3 bulb,2 onion and mix masala add it to the curry
