Cullman Christkindlmarkt located in historic Cullman Alabama and is a very beautiful and fun Christmas Market to visit. I would highly recommend it. The colors, sounds and experience are amazing! If you just want to come and see everything, the Christmas marketet has Free Admission, which is really great, plenty of vendors, festive atmosphere and more.

You enter below one of the entry gates and we entered at the main gate near the German Christmas Pyramid (Weihnachtspyramide). Below the pyramid, they have quite a few different kinds of drinks to choose from, steins and more.

The Food is very DELICIOUS, authentic and not to mention very reasonaly priced with quite a few different options to choose from. We had a little bit of everything including chimney cakes (with whip cream and strawberries) as well as just plain that are on a rotisserie over a coal burning fire. We also had pork schnitzel, racelette cheese over a sandwich, hand made pretzels, and a few different options of brautwurst (absolutely deliciously amazing!).Then we also had a strawberry crepe and some mulled red gluhwein or wine that was served in a little ceramic collector mug.

⛸Outdoor Ice skating is a very special part of the market and is a must do especially for children and families. It is best to register in advance for the ice skating. They have also added an outdoor alpine slide which kids love. A traditional polka band can also be seen playing throughout the day in various places around the market. Additionally there is a carousel, visits with Santa and a Santa's workshop area, places to eat indoors, a polk band and more.

🎡A new edition in 2024 is the giant 100 foot ferris wheel which makes an amazing backdrop, especially when out in front of the Cullman Christkindlmarkt sign.
