Fried potato pillows, potato croquette, fried potato gnocchi, simple and fast recipe, from creative kitchen, recipe from scratch!
Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
1 egg
120-150 g of flour
30 g parmesan
flour for subgrade
salt
oil
Spread whole potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 70-90 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius (356-390 Fahrenheit). Let potatoes cool. Whole out potatoes with spoon. and grate then to small pieces - put then in the bowl. Add the eggs, flour, salt and Parmesan and process into a uniform not stick dough. In a saucepan heat a large amount of oil, medium heat. Put dough on a floured surface and cut into three parts. From every part of the roll out rollers and then slice into smaller pieces. Fry in oil, medium heat until golden brown - fry slowly in two batches. Drain on paper towel excess of oil. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese and tomato salsa.
tomato salsa:
1 can tomatoes
1 red onion
salt
pepper
caraway seeds
chilli pepper
clove of garlic
a few drops of lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend it.o). Consistency may be smoother or with larger pieces, depends on you choice. Season as you like. Let cool in the refrigerator and serve.
