England masters 10k final i got the chance to race for england over 10k in Newcastle. on a very hilly course, the 1st mile was downhill, but the rest of the course was hilly. I started off at a good pace and tried to just maintain paces. working my way through the field, I got myself into a good position. Around 7th , I could see the 1st 50 vet and work hard to go past him and keep pushing for the last 2-3k and ended up taking the win 🏆
