All Actions Stages with Sonic in Sonic The Hedgehog 2006, including all S-Ranks. Timestamps & small guide below!

Wave Ocean: 0:00
Focus on the timer & the rings. Having enough rings by the end of the mach speed section (200+) will get you an S for sure.

Dusty Desert: 3:36
Use the short route shown in the video and keep an eye on the timer. Also make sure to destroy some of the big enemies to increase your score.

White Acropolis: 5:13
Complete the snowboard section as fast as possible and also keep an eye on the timer for the rest of this stage. Make sure to collect some rings and destroy the enemies on the way. Don't search for the switches in Tails' section, just skip everything. Same goes for the final Sonic section, just as shown in the video. Most important about this stage is the time bonus.

Crisis City: 8:43
Rings aren't important at all in this stage, you'll most likely lose them in the mach speed section anyway. Yet again, the timer is most important about Crisis City. But still make sure to collect some score boosts (like rainbow rings & stuff). If you have a good time it's not even bad if you die on the way. Red gem is recommended.

Flame Core: 13:52
Keep an eye on the timer and the basic score bonus. Not really much more to say.

Radical Train: 19:24
Be fast. Really fast. The timer is most important to get an S in Radical Train. But also destroy some enemies on the way (preferably the big ones) to get a score boost. And don't forget about the rings.
Basic route for this is shown in the video.

Tropical Jungle: 22:11
Yet again, it's mostly about the timer. Destroy some enemies, collect some rings (the group of enemies before the goal ring gives you a great score boost) A lot of shortcuts are shown in the video.

Tails Wave Ocean: 24:48
Tougher than other levels. Focus on the score and the timer. Tails throws ring boxes a lot faster in mid-air, that's good to destroy some enemies.

Kingdom Valley: 27:14
Most important about Kingdom Valley is the score bonus, followed by the ring bonus. You can still try to get a good time, but destroying enemies and collecting rings is the way to go. You should have ~20k - 25k points by the end of section 3 (focus on the enemies in Silver's section (section 2) and section 3). In the mach speed section you have to collect rings (200+, pretty easy) and then you should have almost 50k points by the end of this stage. The rest is just a matter of the time bonus, as you can see, even with a time of almost 8 minutes I still got 12.4k points. With the red gem, you should be safe.

Aquatic Base: 35:35
And again, it's mostly about the score bonus. There isn't much to say, you can easily get to 50k+ points by simply destroying the enemies.
