Traditional musical automaton created in France by "L´arbre à pain": "Elegant she-cat with a fan".

This musical automaton has 4 movements: 2 head movements (right - left and up - down), right arm and left hand. The automaton she-cat fans herself with her fan (her head turns and leans towards the fan) then looks at the flowers she holds in her right hand to smell them (she lowers her head).

This musical automaton is of traditional construction: head modeled in old-style painted pasted paper, custom-made costume with old fabrics and lace.

This musical automaton contains in its base a traditional 28-note wind up musical mechanism from the Swiss brand Reuge with two tunes.

The winding key and the stopper have an original shape: the key is in the shape of a rooster´s head and the stopper in the shape of a beetle.
