The unveiling of the memorial to the men involved in the colliery disasters at Jamage, Talk o' th' Hill and Bunkers Hill Collieries at Talke Pits in Victorian times and early 20th Century. It took place at Talke Pits Village Hall on Friday 13th October 2023. We hear information on the disasters themselves, and this memorial completes North Staffordshire's tributes to Mining disasters of the past.
