Livestock auctioneers compete for a top 10 finish in this first of three qualifying event stops on the road to the 2025 World Livestock Auctioneer Championship. Hosted by the Dos Palos Y Auction Yard in Dos Palos, California on September 12, 2024, livestock auctioneers from the United States and Canada competed during a live cattle auction. The World Livestock Auctioneer Championship is conducted by the Livestock Marketing Association as a way to show case the auction method of marketing livestock and the important role of the livestock auctioneer in the livestock marketing sector.
