Our 2010 Toyota corolla’s transmission wouldn't shift into park. we checked the shifter and linkage, and it wasn't that, we checked the neutral safety switch, and it wasn't that, so we knew it had to be inside the transmission. it was in the valve body; the shifting valve wasn't able to move into the park position due to some sort of debris inside "we think". we just decided to get a replacement valve body. the Toyota transmission is so easy to work on. I just ordered a reman vale body from amazon. Not disappointed however, it didn't come with the shift valve so I had to surgically remove the old one and use that. #toyota #corolla #valvebody #transmission
