Rugby national teams have started arriving in Uganda ahead of the official kick-off of this year's Rugby Africa Cup, scheduled for Tuesday next week. The eight-team tournament, which will be hosted at the Mandela National Stadium, will begin at the quarterfinal stage with defending champions Zimbabwe facing Morocco. All the quarterfinal games will be played on Tuesday.
