Warm milk - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 50 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Yeast - 21 g (or 7 g dry yeast)
Butter at room temperature - 30 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Flour - about 350 g (depending on your dough, you may need a little more or less flour. Do not add too much flour, otherwise the belt will not turn out airy)
For layers:
Butter - 50-70 g
Raisins or other dried fruits - 60-100 g
Cinnamon - to taste
Syrup:
Water - 150 ml
Sugar - 100 g
Rum - 50-100 ml
