Greatsword of RADAHN is From SOFTWARE 's BIGGEST Missed Opportunity

Major Spoiler ahead, if you havent been the Shadow Of The Erdtree Dlc go away now

Radahn being the last boss was a major disappointment for most of us.
Yes I’ve gotta admit that on one hand it was pretty cool to finally see Radahn in its full glory and might. But in terms of lore and story telling there was so many other final bosses we would’ve loved to see.
What about Godwyn the Golden being brought back from the dead, riding a drake Nameless King Style and combining death powers and dragon lightining while wielding a reaper of death.
What about my favorite character, the Gloam Eyed queen wielding a fully fledged out Godslayer Greatsword and sending godskin Apostles to fight yout during her boss fight.
And finally imagine Marika being naked, her beautiful body exposed and throwing tits milk at you ! Mmmmm so many dreams and hope that will never become reality !
But no we had Radahn, a boss we’ve already faced.

But the most disappointing fact wasnt really having to face Radahn but the weapon we got as a remembrance !
We got the same exact fucking wepaon as the starscourge greatsword ! I mean almost the same, the ash of was is different and the range is longer, but still what a fucking joke !

And the problem from Starscourge greatsword still linger in the GreatSword of Radahn, because its a paired colossal sword, hence you cannot get the great 2handed colossal sword moveset with its high damage and terrifying poking attack.
If you 2 hand the weapon you will be stuck with the the powerstanced colossal sword moveset which sucks balls, because of it being very slow and very telegraphic, and your cool crouch poking light attack is being cancel by that stupid slam.
Also Radahn’s Greatsword isnt necessarily high on the damage side compare to other colossal sword, its on the medium side of the damage tier.
