Since then, he has had stints in a number of key Asia Pacific cities, including Melbourne, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Hangzhou and most recently in his current role as General Manager of Hyatt on The Bund Shanghai for the last 4 years. Passionate about the People , Customer experience and business strategy, his international experience across China and the Asia Pacific Region allows him to bring strategic insight into the market and what is to come for the region.
