Keiron explores the question "Who am I" and shares why exploring oneself is a worth while endeavour.
He shares with us his journey on self discovery referencing the "Freedom" quote by the Jamaican philosopher/poet. Speaker writer and transformational growth facilitator, carving his own niche, Keiron provides a safe and impartial container for people to explore their own personal development. With a background in Holistic Health and Sport since 2005, Keiron has worked with professional sports teams such as Bristol City Football Club and set up and run multiple wellbeing clinics in the Bristol area. With the focus of empowering people to empower themselves and others. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
