CA Coast Adventure - Part 1 | Leaving Los Angeles - Malibu To Point Mugu [4k]

Time to go on an adventure!

This year for my birthday I decided at the last minute to take a drive up along the CA coast. I only had a couple of days so I couldn't go far, and now that I have an electric car I have felt more constrained in my range, so this was also going to be a test on how a trip of any distance might go.

This is Part 1, which is basically getting out of town, which itself passes some beautiful coastline.

The journey begins in the middle of Malibu and travels the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) through the rest of Malibu, into Ventura County and past Point Mugu, passing beautiful beaches and coastline along the way.

As a preview, from there I will join up with the 101 Freeway and start on toward Santa Barbara and Solvang beyond, where I have a room booked for the night.
