Tutorial - Christmas Advent Calendar Folio - Boxes with Separate Lids

I'm making advent calendar folios as gifts this year! In this version, the boxes I've made have lids that come off completely and are separate from the box bottoms. These little boxes are also perfect as little gift boxes. They're so easy to make - no dies or special tools required.
