On May 4th 2024 we would take a 7 hour day trip from Hong Kong to Macau. We would go explore what the Portuguese built back in the 16th and 17th century, then go walk around the famous Grand Lisboa casino. We would also visit a Chinese temple and then to cap off the evening we would go see China's attempt to make their Vegas in Asia. This is everything we were able to see during our 7 hour trip to Macau.

1-The Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady also Sé Catedral da Natividade de Nossa Senhora and Igreja da Sé is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in central Macau and not far from Senado Square. You are able to tour inside only if mass has concluded.

2-Taipa Village combines a rich cultural heritage with historic beauty, harking back to an idyllic blend of East and West.It's filled with local shops and eateries. It is very much geared towards tourists.

3-The Ruins of Saint Paul's (Ruínas de São Paulo) are the ruins of a 17th-century Catholic religious complex in Santo António, Macau, China. The ruins are located near Rua de São Paulo. From Senado Square, it's about 10 minute walk.

4-Saint Dominic's Church (Igreja de São Domingos) is a late 16th-century Baroque-style church that serves within the Cathedral Parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Macau.The church is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and construction was completed in 1587

5-Senado Square (Largo do Senado) is a paved town square in Sé, Macau, China and part of the UNESCO Historic Centre of Macau World Heritage Site.It is also marked by a fountain that has a celestial globe once used by pioneering Portuguese seamen in the middle.

6-The Grand Lisboa is the tallest building in Macau and the most distinctive part of its skyline.

7-The A-Ma Temple is a temple to the Chinese sea-goddess Mazu located in São Lourenço, Macau, China. Built in 1488, the temple is one of the oldest in Macau and thought to be the settlement's namesake. The temple is free to enter.

8-Cotai Strip is a strip, known mostly for its hotel-casinos in the central area of Cotai, Macau. It was China attempt to copy Las Vegas but it has no heart. everything is machine run except for the card games. If you even been to Las Vegas you won't like Cotai Strip but it is nice to see at least once.

9-The Venetian Macao is a hotel and casino resort in Macau and is the largest single structure hotel in Asia, and the tenth-largest building in the world by floor area.
