Going behind the scenes of Everything Everywhere All At Once would take many lifetimes to really accomplish, so we’re just taking a peek at what’s up behind the scenes of the movie. Which surprisingly, will cover a lot about the hot dog fingers. And we’re also checking out who’s inside the gorilla suits. The crew was very proud of their hot dog fingers. But not just that, of course, there were many other universes to explore and they did so on a budget not much bigger than John Wick. They managed it with a ton of practical effects and a VFX team of only five guys (no burgers and fries though, just hot dogs for fingers). The fight scenes in this movie were not only ridiculously odd but ridiculously tough to pull off in just a few takes - once again blame that teeny tiny budget of twenty-five million. Michelle Yeoh was a huge inspiration for this movie to even be made, and the costume designers really delved into her cinema history, as well as the crazy costume designs they came up with inspired by each universe. The bagel hairstyle was based not on just your average plain bagel, no, their inspiration came specifically from the best bagel in the universe: the everything bagel and we’re talking about everything that went into making that hairdo work. There was also a scene that never made it past draft one that would have completely set the movie up with a different tone. Unfortunately, it was cut because it was pretty irrelevant to Evelyn’s story. But if football players becoming cult leaders makes you curious please, watch the video.
