Prime turning a large diameter part on an Okuma LB25 CNC machine

Currently, this is the fastest way we found to remove material on the lathe.
Normally we use about 2 insert edges per part and with prime, we can get 3 part out on one edge.
The cycle time went from approx 35 minutes down to 12 minutes

The only issue we now face is the amount of mist created by the higher metal removal rate.
