today i gave up some control and challenged both my ED and anxiety, and let the starbucks employee choose my lunch! it was definitely a challenge, but just because something is difficult doesn’t mean it’s impossible 😌
also… every time i say ‘cream’, let’s just pretend i’m saying ‘cold foam’ or whatever the lingo is 🤪
