Hey there, it's been a while, hasn't it? I've just returned to Finland after a two-month summer break, filled with many important events 🌞✈️
During this time, something pretty life-changing happened – I finally had eye surgery! You see, I'd been wearing contact lenses for five straight years, and while they're super convenient, there was always that one thing... I couldn't go for a refreshing swim without feeling like I was blindly navigating the waters. 🏊♂️👁️
Now, it's been three months since the surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the results. No more blurry swims and no more lenses to fuss with. My eye doctor also recommended the 20-20-20 technique – it's a game-changer. You work for 20 minutes, then give your eyes a 20-second breather by gazing at something 20 meters away. So I've decided to get back to my old Pomodoro technique – 25 minutes of focused work, then a sweet 5-minute break. It's a win-win for my studies and my eyes. 📚🎓🤓
