My Story: The Truth Behind My Journey

Many of you also know that I walked away from WWE in 2016, and over the years, there has been a lot of confusion and mistruths about that decision. The reality is that I was facing severe injuries—I needed a five-disc spinal fusion and a complete right shoulder replacement, along with multiple other issues.

Through years of relentless rehab, strength training, scar tissue work, and over 20 stem cell procedures, I was able to completely regrow all five discs in my back—and my back is now 100% healed. My right shoulder has been a much more challenging process, but through dedication and alternative healing methods, I have avoided replacement surgery and regained full function.

My goal has always been to return to wrestling in some capacity, whether for one match or something more, but I’ve also had to accept that it may never be possible. While I don’t believe that to be the case, I appreciate all of you for supporting me regardless of whether I wrestle again or not.
