The secrets of my Herrscher of Thunder custom build finally come out!
The whole dragon mask is made using EVA foam! This video should serve as a quick walkthrough of the building process, plus a FULL recording of the build process used to make the mask for this costume. Hopefully this provides some insight into how I build some of these massive armors and props!
