We use props, bamboo bars, adjustments, and breath work to explore deeper energetic practises that goes beyond the physical, guided by our founder @yogawithlalit and our team of expert teachers🧘‍♀️

Our teachings blend the vigor of Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa flows with the precision of Iyengar-inspired workshops, focusing on detailed pose breakdowns and practical application of theoretical techniques. It’s about cultivating a slow, steady, and mindful practice — the key to sustainable growth and blossoming within yoga.

Throughout our Teacher Training courses, we consistently impart this philosophy, empowering you to develop an autonomous understanding of your body’s limits and potentials. We work on three principles around progression:
