Can Video Games Fix Mental Health Problems? ► My Anxiety and Panic Attack Experiences

Long-time no see! Hope you're all doing well!

It's been a mental few months on this law course, so apologies for the delays in getting stuff out to you.

I was a little hesitant to upload this sort of video on my channel, but after seeing a few other big YouTubers (OperatorDrewski=    • Видео   and JackFrags =    • I think something is wrong with me - Battl...  ) make their own ones, I've decided to jump on the bandwagon and explain to you my battle with my mental health and how PC gaming has helped me to overcome my issues with anxiety.

I related to Jack and Drewski's video in many ways, and really I think a lot of gamers (as a demographic of generally young and introverted people) have similar issues too. It really wouldn't surprise me that there are more people out there with similar stories to share.

I want to make sure that mental health is something we can all have a conversation about, and for me, this is the first big step in doing so. We're all human at the end of the day, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to about how we're really feeling.

Of course, this sort of video isn't for everyone, so don't worry - I have a flight tutorial in the works too. :-)
