PSAs (Public Service Announcements) and PIFs (Public Information Films) are short, non-commercial messages created to inform or educate the public on important issues, raise awareness, and promote positive behavior.

This video contains graphic scenes, that may be fictional or based on real events, meant to highlight the serious impact of these issues. While some content is dramatized and possibly outdated, it is intended for educational purposes and public safety awareness.
