A job I have been putting off due to the ongoing work on Project Beatrix, this job only applies to people with a Facelifted MK1 1.6 with no air conditioning. The stretch belt is a strange item which Ford insist requires a special tool to wind the belt onto the pullies... I have done this job a few times due to some poor belts and no damage has occured to any component doing it this way...
