SPCM is Sacro-profanus concentus musicus and is a collection of instrumental pieces. Consorts has posted two of these sonatas so far and this excerpt is from Sonata No3 which is for seven instruments from treble to Contrabass. It is early baroque music from Austria, but has strong influences from the Venetian schools which were very popular at the time.
