Gypsy tart
Ingredients if your making 3
500 g light soft brown sugar or dark brown sugar
410 g evaporated milk
3 shop brought 20 cm round pastry cases
remember to mix's the evaporated milk and brown sugar for 15 minutes in a food mixer or with a electric hand whisk
when light and fluffy pour it into your case or cases then put it in the oven for about 5 minutes
if it's wobble give it 3 more minutes (no more) turn off leave in the oven to cool...

Celsius 170

1 shop brought 20 Cm round pastry cases
150 g evaporated milk
183 g soft brown sugar or dark brown sugar
