I tried to make this showcase as equal as possible in terms of relics, bosses and cost. Hook's side relics were a bit weaker but no real impact. In terms of cost, I made it 24 on both sides (counting global passive) so Phainon could stand a chance, otherwise Hook can drop to E1 Robin actually, but -5 cost on Phainon side might be bad. Lastly, bosses wise I compared best performance of Hook on this AS vs best performance of Phainon on this AS. So, all the controlled variables are as equal as possible to lead to the conclusion that E6S5 Hook surpasses E6S5 Phainon, and if you watch the video Hook deals majority of the damage so no wheelchairing.
