Multicouples | For the last time

Happy birthday to meee!!!

I just have to start by saying that this last year has been really really tough. I’ve been through some rough times and I haven’t felt like my own self a lot of the time, which has been so hard. But these people in this collab – these amazing human beings – has been there to help me through it. Some more, some less – but all of them have had some part in helping me feel better. It’s been a really bumpy road but today I feel pretty good, and I’m so god damn thankful for that.
