1 kg Idli Batter (इडली बैटर)
1 tbsp Garlic (लहसुन)
1 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
2 tsp Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
Salt – as per taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tsp Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
Few Curry Leaves (करी पत्ता)
2 tsp Mustard Seeds (राई)
2 tsp Urad Dal (उड़द दाल)
Cilantro for garnish (हरा धनिया)
Recipe 2: Street Style Idli Chilli
Ingredients:
5 pcs Cooked Idli (पकी हुई इडली)
½ Onion, diamond cut (प्याज़)
½ Bell Pepper, diamond cut (शिमला मिर्च)
2 tsp Dark Soya Sauce (डार्क सोया सॉस)
2 tsp Garlic (लहसुन)
2 tsp Ginger (अदरक)
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste (हरी मिर्च पेस्ट)
2 tsp Green Onion (हरा प्याज़)
Cilantro, chopped (हरा धनिया)
5 tsp Oil (तेल)
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
Recipe 3: Butter Garlic Idli
Ingredients:
5 pcs Cooked Idli (पकी हुई इडली)
Ghee for frying (घी)
20 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
2 tsp Garlic, chopped (कटा लहसुन)
3 tsp Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
2 tsp Cilantro (हरा धनिया)
Cilantro Sprigs for garnish (धनिया पत्ती)
½ tsp White Pepper (सफेद मिर्च)
