I’m going to show you how to remember key muscle groups using a pattern that actually works.
I’m coach Joe Drake with the Axiom Fitness Academy and I’ve helped over 1000 people pass the NASM-CPT exam. My students used to get stuck on muscle names—now they’re passing with ease.
Don’t just memorize names—learn by function.
Here's some examples:
-Quads = front thigh = extend the knee
-Hamstrings = back of thigh = bend the knee
-Glutes = extend the hip, stabilize the pelvis
Group them by location and action—it’s way easier to remember what they do and when they show up on the test.”
