We had 16 damage downs and 2 deaths and still met the timer. The dps check here is not threatening at all.
(As always this is day 1, so strats will vary over time)
Some notable things:
For Pathogenic Cells (1:05) we put the initial 4 cleaves at the intercardinals, but had them pinch in slightly toward E and W to leave some room for the last 4 players to wait for the cleaves to resolve.
For Cachexia (5:20) the Dual Predation soak order is 20/8/12/16, based on the duration of the explosion debuff (NOT THE VULNERABILITY DEBUFF). The vulnerability debuff determines which side of the boss you can stand on (green debuffs go right, purple debuffs go left). Soak targeting is proximity and side based, so it'll target the closest players on each side.
We did second Cachexia almost correctly (our tanks were supposed to run N to a safe spot over there with their spread markers). Some reference material there:
