456 Ferrari Window regulator questions

This is a 1995 456 GT driver side window regulator. My customer's concern is that the window does not raise to the top without the glass canting rearwards and allowing a finger sized gap between the window channel and the glass at the top. There are MANTY adjustments on the glass sliding rails that MAY allow re-aiming of the window glass that is held firmly by a lower aluminum rail that is "apparently" not parallel and square to the window frame. Note that there WAS a kit that offered a new axis bushing for the scissors action of these crossed lifting arms. Note that in the video here--that is NOT the problem. WE will re-attach the star-linked arms using a thru-bolt and washer. We HAD to look! Any help here? Thank you. www.oddparts.net
