Amerex have completed a large outdoor renovation and landscaping project to a classic Mt Lawley home. This has included a new front entrance to the home and numerous outdoor areas including a pavillion with an outdoor kitchen, a bowling green and more. In this video (just over a minute long), Steve shows us the new entrance to the home and some of the feature stonework that have added a touch of class to this grand home.

Hi, I'm Steve from Amerex Renovations and Additions. I want to show you a bit more of our Mount Lawley outdoor project for Warren and Robynne.
So we're into the inner section of the front entry. We created new front entry steps. Before, there was a very narrow red brick pier entry. All the steps were uneven, so we created a new wider front entry with the granite steps and travertine paving that flows up to an arbour that matches the same arbour as what we've got at the front. Just a two dimensional one, not four post.
And that flows into what we call the bowling green, right up to the pavilion where we've got the outdoor kitchen. So that's all landscaped and new lawn and we're trying to match all the pier caps around here to suit the front and give it a bit of character with the red brick on top of the limestone.
All the flowers and the planting we have here that really set it off.
