HOW TO MAKE TRANSISTOR TESTING CIRCUIT

In this project, I have made a transistor tester which determine if the transistor is working or blown up.Also this circuit determine if the transistor is NPN or PNP.
The circuit uses CD4011B IC which is a QUAD 2-INPUT NAND GATE IC, but only 3 gates of IC have been used - 2 for square wave oscillator and 1 as a square wave invertor.
