It’s important to follow this recipe and the exact order that it is listed as you make it.
One package of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
One cup of warm water
Three eggs (well beaten)
1/2 cup shortening (melted)
5 cups of sifted all purpose flour
Mix everything in the order that is listed in a big bowl. Cover and place it in the refrigerator overnight. Roll out 3 to 4 hours prior to baking. When you’ve rolled it out spread melted butter over the top of your roll dough cut it into wedges. Roll it starting at the large end and place it on the cookie sheet. Bake your rolls at 375° until they’re very light brown. After you take them out out of the oven, brush some melted butter over the top of each rolls.
