Healthy eating for truckers: We've had several requests from drivers asking, 'Can you do a video to give us an idea of just which snacks are healthy?'
Cat makes suggestions for good healthy snacks which truck drivers can eat on the run: healthy, nutritious, nutrient dense snacks, which travel well and rank higher than the junk food readily available at most truck stops!
It's even more important to eat well when you're away from home... high sugar, high fat snack foods will drain your energy, not give you the energy and alertness you need as a professional driver, when behind the wheel.
