Sunset at the Lake Step by Step Acrylic Painting on Canvas for Beginners

In this video, we're gonna get together and paint a serene summer sunset on a placid lake. This is a good lesson for beginners and up.

I’m painting on a 16x20-inch stretched canvas, but you can paint on any type and size of canvas you like.

I used:
• Liquitex Gloss Gel (optional, but SO fun!)
• A palette knife (any size or shape)
• A 3/4-inch fibert brush
• A 1/2-inch angle brush
• A fan brush
• A small round brush, about 1/8-inch

I’m using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint in the following colors:
• Titanium White
• Cadmium Yellow Deep Hue (any yellow will work)
• Cadmium Red Light Hue (any orange will work)
• Alizarin Crimson (any red will work)
• Dioxazine Purple (any purple will work)
• Burnt Umber
• Mars Black
But you can use any colors you like.
