Khmer waffles Recipe
2cups of rice flour
1/2cup of sweet rice flour
1/2 tsps. of salt
1cup of sugar
1egg
1cup of coconut milk (or use 200ml of water if you not using coconut milk)
1/2 cup of rice flour
2cup of water
1/2 tsps. of active dry yeast
1/2 tsps. of baking power
Let the batter rest about 40 minutes before baking it .
