Is this rusty lump of metal really worth $1,000? Today at REBORN FACTORY, we are taking on a special challenge: Restoring a genuine Vietnam War Era Zippo Lighter carried by a US Army Medic.
Markings on the case indicate this lighter served in Phu Rieng (1968-1969). It was found buried in deep mud, heavily corroded and completely seized up. Many would say it's trash, but to collectors, this is a priceless piece of history (Trench Art).
