This is a panel that uses an LED display driver with reference: SM1623B and we bring it to life again. As usual, they use Grid/Segment switching to reach 10 digits. 7 digits of 7 segments and wheel, predefined symbols on the left and predefined symbols on the right with the 2 dots in the middle of the digits.
